In college, Brooke surrendered her future to God saying, “Okay Lord, I know that I enjoy writing, communications and strategic planning, but I am passionate about missions. What are you going to do with that?” Two years later, Brooke spent three months in Mozambique serving in orphanages, ministering to children of poverty-stricken families and raising HIV/AIDS awareness among youth. Unsure of what would be the next step for her life, Brooke returned home and waited. Forward Edge International was the answer to her prayers. She now manages the communications department at Forward Edge and assists with team coordinating. Brooke married her high school sweetheart, Chris, in June 2007 and lives in Vancouver, Wash. with him.
