Joseph Anfuso
Founder and President

Joseph is the founder and president of Forward Edge International. A graduate of Rutgers College with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Joseph served for many years with an international church-planting ministry before founding Forward Edge in 1983.

In addition to his work with Forward Edge, Joseph is a published author and singer/songwriter. In 1982, he co-authored Servant or Dictator (Regal), a book about Latin America’s first evangelical president. He has also produced two music CDs, Bright Blue Rose and Meet His Gaze—both available on the shopping page of this Web site: FEI Store

Joseph has a driving passion to equip followers of Jesus to hear and passionately pursue God's call on their lives. He seeks to invest in others, laying aside his personal plans so Jesus would get the glory. He desires to live in a manner that allows others to receive the power, grace, and mercy of God.

On February 26, 2007, Joseph and his wife Karen celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. They have three grown children—Heather, Ryan and Katelyn—and one grandchild, Audrey Sophia Baker.
