Field Coordinator: Nicaragua

Susie has been involved with Forward Edge since August 2005. She went on her first short term mission to Nicaragua to cut hair with a group of women from around the country. She came back a changed person. While in Nicaragua God had touched her in special way and called her to serve for a longer period of time. After much prayer and discussion with FEI she committed to serve for a year in Managua, Nicaragua where she arrived March 31, 2007 and now resides.

Before moving to Nicaragua Susie first served leading pre-school children and then moved to leading high school students for the last two years in her home church in Vancouver, WA. She is both serious and funny, and her heart is to be of a help to Gloria and the people of Nicaragua.

She was born and raised in Portland, OR with two older brothers and her family continues to live in the Portland/ Vancouver area.
