Melanie will participate in three mission trips with Forward Edge International: Kijabe, Kenya (July 9–18, 2026), Oaxaca, Mexico (August 7–14, 2026), and Managua, Nicaragua (January 2027).

Each trip is an opportunity to share the love of Jesus, support local ministries, and build relationships with children and communities.

In Kenya, she will visit the Mama Beth Children’s Program and receive training as a trip facilitator; in Mexico, she will serve alongside her church team and reconnect with her sponsored children; and in Nicaragua, she will join coworkers and friends to serve a ministry focused on helping vulnerable young girls.
