Every component of our mission trip experience has been purposefully crafted to increase the long-term impact for both the communities served and those who go to serve.
We encourage all of our short-term missionaries to embrace the reality that relationships are more important than accomplishments, and people are more important than projects.
We partner with passionate and dedicated local believers who lead long-term programs and initiatives in their own communities.
Our missionaries are not sent as "heroes" to "save" those living in poverty. Instead, they're servants, always focusing on doing things with people, not just for them.
Team members are encouraged to prayerfully consider how their mission trip relates to the rest of their life and are provided with resources and training to help them integrate what they learned on the mission field into their lives back home.
