Habari (Hello), my name is Joram
16 yrs. old
Entered the program: January 2019
Joram lives with his uncle and eight other children. His father passed away a few months after he was born. Joram's mother tried her best to take care of him but her financial situation was too poor, so she gave Joram to his grandmother while she went in search of work. His grandmother eventually passed him on to his uncle's care. Joram tries to spend as much time as possible with his mother when he can.
His sisters Belinda and Bridget, and cousins, Trevor and Simon, are also in the Light A Candle program.
