Welcome to your team’s registration page! Once complete, you and your supporters can contribute to Team Fees. If you don't already have a My Account, please create one at the end of the registration process. That's how you will be able to view your Team Fees balance and see who has contributed. Registering for a team doesn't automatically create an account for you.
If you are registering for mulitple people/family members, please use a unique email address for EACH person. Otherwise each registration will be overwritten by the previous.
If you are a repeat team member, click on that button and most info will be pre-populated. If you wish to continue a previously saved registration that was interrupted, click on the "Pick up where I left off" button below.
For international teams, if you don’t have a passport or you need to renew your passport, simply enter “1111” and random issue/expiration dates. Please contact your Forward Edge Team Coordinator when you have the information.
Fields with a red asterisk (*) are required. Enter "none" or "Not Applicable" in required fields that do not apply.
